Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal beginning the day after you receive your order, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable consumer law. Our voluntary return policy extends this period to 30 days.

For returns made under our voluntary return policy after the statutory withdrawal period, the product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging and condition.

Please include your order number with the return so that we can identify your order when it arrives.

For returns due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product. We recommend using a traceable shipping method and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Please contact us before sending your return so that we can provide the correct instructions and help ensure that your return is processed smoothly.

Damages, defects and incorrect items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at love@blikcosmetics.com as soon as you notice the issue.

Please include your order number, a short description of the issue and, where possible, clear photos showing the product and the problem. This helps us assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

If we need the product returned for further inspection, we will provide you with return instructions and cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

Once we have reviewed your claim, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement product, refund or another suitable remedy.

Your statutory rights regarding defective products are not affected by this policy.

Exceptions / non returnable items

Certain products are supplied sealed for health or hygiene reasons. For these products, the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the hygiene seal has been broken after delivery.

Opening the outer shipping packaging alone does not necessarily mean that your right of withdrawal is lost.

This exception does not affect your right to make a complaint if a product is defective, damaged or otherwise faulty.

Sale items remain covered by your statutory 14 day right of withdrawal. However, sale items are excluded from our additional voluntary return period from day 15 to day 30.

Gift cards are not covered by our voluntary 30 day return policy, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

European Union 14 day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period begins the day after you receive your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at love@blikcosmetics.com within the 14 day period and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

Once you have notified us, the goods must be returned within 14 days.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered product.

The right of withdrawal is subject to the exceptions provided by applicable consumer law, including sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.

Our voluntary 30 day return policy provides additional time beyond the statutory 14 day withdrawal period, subject to the conditions stated above.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you when your return has been processed.

For returns due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

For returns made under your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid for the returned products to your original payment method within the time required by applicable law.

If you return your entire order under your statutory right of withdrawal, we will also refund the cost of our standard delivery method. Any additional cost resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option, such as express delivery, will not be refunded.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back.

For returns made under our voluntary return policy from day 15 to day 30, the refund will be processed once the return has been received, inspected and approved. Return shipping costs are not refunded.

Once the refund has been issued, please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.
