Shipping policy

Hejblik AB ships to Sweden, the EU.

Orders placed before 12 pm CET Monday-Friday will be processed same-day. All other orders placed after 12 pm CET will be processed the following business day.

To start a return, customers can email hello@blikcosmetics.com for a pre-paid shipping label. Returns are only accepted within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the item is in the same condition it was received in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Customers will need the receipt or proof of purchase. Flawed items can be returned for a replacement or full refund within a reasonable time.

Returns take approximately three weeks to process, and it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear on the customer's bank statement. If a customer receives the wrong product, they can email support@blikcosmetics.com for assistance.
