How to apply the lashes:
- Remove the self-adhesive lashes gently from the pack.
- Trim excess false lash if needed.
- Use the lash applicator and press the false lashes together with your own lashes. Make sure you have mascara on, or that your lashes are clean and dry without creams, oils, or oil-based cleansers! Once in place gently pinch.
How to remove the lashes:
- Gently remove false lashes with the lash applicator or fingers and avoid using water or too much mascara on the false lashes if you want to reuse them.
- Place them back in the tray.
- Reuse up to 5 times.
How to care for the lashes:
- Do not use any products or water on the lashes.
- You can continue using the lashes after the built-in adhesive stops working by using regular lash glue.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Blik lashes, we offer a hassle-free return policy. To be eligible for a return, your lashes must be in their original condition and packaging, and must not have been used or altered in any way.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your lashes. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed. Please note that return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and inspect your returned lashes, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
In the rare event that your lashes arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund for you.
